Logbook entry Nr. 1

A brief translation of my plans for all my friends who don't speak German, yeah there are some of them out there in the world!

My adventure will start tonight at 22:45pm at the airport of Zurich. And this adventure can be splitted up in three parts:

Part 1: Universiade in Shenzhen, China from August 8th - Sept. 1st
The Universiade is the second biggest sport event after the Olympic Summer Games, concerning the number of athletes competing. I'm not sure what will expect me in the next couple of weeks, but I guess it's going to be biiig!

Part 2: Exchange semester in Kingston, Canada from Sept. 4th - Dec. 24th
After being home in Switzerland for four days, my journey goes on and I'm going to catch the plane for Torornto. I'll spend an exchange semester at Queen's University and I guess this is going to be pretty legendary too...

Part 3: Travelling through Southeast-Asia and Oceania from Jan. 7th - Feb. 22th
As this wouldn't be enough, I won't stay home for a long time. At the beginning of January, I'll continue to explore the world! Together with my friend Schelling we will travel around between Bangkok and New Zealand - where exactly isn't determined yet.

So guys, I’ll be gone for the moment, hope to see you all when I’m back and stay tuned to this blog if you want to be updated!

Cheers,

Simon
